1 table (info only booth) - $75
1 table - $100
2 tables - $200
Vendors must provide:
- A Oklahoma Sales tax permit
- EIN or other business number
- Proof of payment (check or or PayPal)

Registered 501(c)3 nonprofits will not be charged a fee but must bring their own tables (limit 3) and chairs.
Vendors must provide:
- A 501(c)3 letter of determination

$350 - Food truck/trailer space to include 20 feet of paved road, logo on the website
- First contact Lisa Webb (405) 366-5386 or Lisa.Webb@normanok.gov to register with the city and provide all necessary documents
- Then email NormanJuneteenth and Kendall Hendricks (krhend03@gmail.com) to request the food vendor form
All other non-truck food vendors:
$250 - 2 tables (6ft), 2 folding chairs, logo on the website
- First contact Allysen Taylor (405) 579-2286 or Allysen.Taylor@health.ok.gov to register with the health department and provide all necessary documents
- Then email NormanJuneteenth and Kendall Hendricks (krhend03@gmail.com) to request the food vendor form
All food vendors must provide:
- A Oklahoma Sales tax permit
- A health department permit/food service license
- Proof of insurance
- A current health inspection report
- Proof of payment (check or or PayPal)
Notice of Norman Fire Department Food Truck Requirements
All food trucks will be inspected by the Norman Fire Marshal’s Office. Pertinent
information will be shared with the Special Event point of contact. The Norman Fire
Marshal’s Office will be enforcing the State adopted 2018 International Fire Code,
International Building Code, and local amendments.

Food truck vendors must ensure they align with fire code and department regulations. Any vendor that falls outside of regulations and is made to shut down early will not receive a refund or other repayments.
