Vendor fees:
- $75 (info only booth) 1 table (6ft), 2 folding chairs, logo on website
- $100 - 1 table (6ft), 2 folding chairs, logo on website
- $200 - 2 tables (6ft), 4 folding chairs, logo on website
All submissions and payments are due by May 30.
You will need to submit:
- proof of payment
- your Tax ID or EIN
- your sales permit
Want to share information about your nonprofit?
Nonprofit organizations will not pay a vendor fee and equipment is not provided. Organizations completing this form and reserving these booths must be classified as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and cannot sell products.
All submissions are due by May 30.

- $350 - Food truck space to include 20 feet of paved road
As space is limited, participation is by invite only.

If selected, you will be sent the vendor form to complete by May 30.
Notice of Norman Fire Department Food Truck Requirements
All food trucks will be inspected by the Norman Fire Marshal’s Office. Pertinent
information will be shared with the Special Event point of contact. The Norman Fire
Marshal’s Office will be enforcing the State adopted 2018 International Fire Code,
International Building Code, and local amendments.

Food truck vendors must ensure they align with fire code and department regulations. Any vendor that falls outside of regulations and is made to shut down early will not receive a refund or other repayments.
