All payments are due by May 30th when the vendor form closes.
Want to share information about your nonprofit?
Nonprofit organizations will not pay a vendor fee. Organizations completing this form and reserving these booths must be classified as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and cannot sell products.

Notice of Norman Fire Department Food Truck Requirements

All food trucks will be inspected by the Norman Fire Marshal’s Office. Pertinent
information will be shared with the Special Event point of contact. The Norman Fire
Marshal’s Office will be enforcing the State adopted 2018 International Fire Code,
International Building Code, and local amendments.

Food truck vendors must ensure they align with fire code and department regulations. Any vendor that falls outside of regulations and is made to shut down early will not receive a refund or other repayments.
